Washoku, Japanese cuisine has been registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.   What is different from French, Turkish, Chinese food which is said to be the world's three largest dishes?  Japan is an island country surrounded by the ocean and the deep green mountains. Ranges of the volcanic belt are linked, the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter are distinguished. In order to coexist with such unique nature, we respect and appreciate materials for cuisine as gifts given from nature.  Whenever we make cuisine, we are always talking with nature and enjoying its original taste.

 

What you need for Japanese food are materials, tools and skills. Whether you are going to experience Japanese cuisine, you do not mind to learn in authentic class, in casual studio, or you can have a chance to look at the chef's skills.  We are preparing such courses.
